  • Guests are required to participate in the Compulsory Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dinners as follows : Christmas Eve Dinner at RM80.00 nett per adult and RM30.00 nett per child :
    New Year’s Eve Dinners at RM100.00 nett per adult and RM40.00 nett per child.
  • Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM 50.00 nett per bed per night per bed with 1 breakfast.
  • Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
  • Check In Time : 3.00 pm
  • Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Extended check-out during Peak Period :
    - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
    - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
  • Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
  • Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Season

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 5 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Season/Weekends

One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 9 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

ADDITIONAL BREAKFAST

Adult – RM15.00 nett per adult
Child – RM10.00 nett per child (Child : Age 5 to 12 years old)


COMPULSORY DINNERS

Guests are required to participate in the Compulsory Christmas and New Year’s Eve Dinners as follows :

Christmas Eve Dinner

RM80.00 nett per adult
RM30.00 nett per child

New Year’s Eve Dinners

RM100.00 nett per adult
RM40.00 nett per child.
